Carli Pintop Leveling System Base 3.25in Lift 2013–2022 Ram 3500 Auto-Level Air
The Carli Pintop Leveling System is a jack-of-all-trades suspension system designed for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory auto-leveling air suspension. Built for owners needing massive capacity without sacrificing handling or ride quality, this system raises the front of the truck 3 to 3.5 inches depending on cab configuration while increasing suspension travel by 50% over the factory platform.
This system features Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5-inch shocks on all four corners with tuning specific to air-assist Ram 3500 models. The 2.5-inch shock body provides 55% more piston surface area than a 2.0-inch shock, while custom Carli pistons, King oil rated to -55°F, and 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts help deliver improved control, durability, and ride quality.

Factory front radius arm drop brackets interfere with the factory air tank, so this system includes components to relocate the tank to the spare tire area.

The spare tire cavity on these trucks will not accept larger than a stock-size spare.

Relocating the air tank can also help alleviate Amp Research Step and air tank interference.

When lifting the front of a straight axle truck, the front axle is pulled off-center unless the proper linkages are addressed.

Three inches of front lift shifts the axle toward the driver side approximately 3/4 inch and, on radius arm equipped Rams, lightens caster and creates slight rearward axle shift.

Included radius arm drop brackets recenter caster adjustment and shift the axle forward to its new center of travel.

Billet sway bar drop brackets shift the sway bar down and forward to help the factory end links cycle properly throughout the extended travel range.

Carli’s optional torsion sway bar replaces the factory sway bar assembly with a torsion bar supported by fabricated drop brackets and Delrin bushings.

The optional torsion sway bar is one of Carli’s best ride-quality upgrades.

Optional fabricated radius arms and low mount steering stabilizer are available separately.

King shocks use plated steel bodies. If exposed to inclement weather for extended periods, Carli recommends wrapping the shocks in 3M film to provide a replaceable moisture barrier.
Wheel and Tire Notes:

SRW and DRW fitment guidance differs by wheel and tire setup.

SRW models fit up to a 37-inch tire when using wheels no more than 9 inches wide with 5.75 to 6 inches of backspacing.

SRW models with a 12.5-inch-wide tire should fit with no rubbing on the factory radius arm and only minor trimming required.

SRW models with a 13.5-inch-wide tire will require more trimming and slightly more offset to fit properly.

SRW models with 35-inch tires will fit with very minimal trimming, if any.

SRW recommended wheel diameter is 18 inches.

SRW recommended tire range is 35 to 37-inch E-rated tires.

SRW recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45 PSI front and 40 PSI rear.

DRW models fit up to a 35-inch tire when using wheels near stock backspacing.

DRW recommended wheel diameter is 17 to 18 inches.

DRW recommended tire is a 35-inch E-rated tire.

DRW recommended unloaded tire pressure is 45 PSI front and 30 PSI rear.
