The Carli Pintop Leveling System is one of the most proven and well-rounded suspension upgrades available for Super Duty trucks, delivering exceptional on-road comfort with controlled, confidence-inspiring off-road performance. Designed and tuned in-house, this system smooths harsh ride characteristics and provides a balanced driving experience whether you’re commuting or exploring off-road terrain.

At the core of the system are Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” remote reservoir shocks, offering 55% more piston surface area than standard 2.0” shocks. This results in improved damping control, increased oil capacity, and better heat dissipation under demanding conditions. With custom-tuned valving, 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts, and increased suspension travel from Carli coil springs, the Pintop system delivers outstanding ride quality and durability. Supporting components like the adjustable track bar, stainless brake lines, and caster shims further enhance stability, braking performance, and steering feel.

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs are recommended for optimal ride quality, particularly on F-350 trucks

• Aftermarket airbag system recommended when using Full Progressive Leaf Springs to restore load capacity

• Airbag systems should allow for disconnect during suspension cycling to maximize travel

• Full Progressive Leaf Springs may shift the rear axle slightly forward for improved tire clearance
