Carli Dominator 3.0 Long Arm Leveling System Base Kit
The Carli Dominator 3.0 Long Arm Leveling System is a no-compromise, all-around suspension system designed for 2003–2009 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 diesel trucks. This system converts the front end to Carli’s fabricated long-arm setup and pairs it with long-travel King 3.0 inch shocks, a torsion sway bar, and full progressive rear leaf springs for excellent on-road comfort, increased control, and serious off-road capability.
The long-arm design delivers a softer, more controlled ride while increasing articulation and axle travel. The Carli fabricated long arms are over 50% longer than the factory arms and use 3/16 inch construction with internal gusseting for strength, extended travel capability, and a more linear travel stroke.

Notes:

Linear rate front coils are used because multi-rate coil free height is too short for the droop potential of this system.

Adjustable track bar helps correct the front axle shift caused by lifting a straight axle truck.

King shocks use plated steel bodies. If exposed to harsh weather for extended periods, Carli recommends wrapping the shocks with 3M protective film as a replaceable moisture barrier.
Wheel and Tire Fitment:

Fits up to 37 x 12.5 inch tires on 17 to 18 inch wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing.

Significant trimming of stock fenders and front bumper is required for 37 inch tires.

With fiberglass fenders, a 37 x 13.5 inch tire may be possible.

This system was tuned with 17 inch wheels and 37 inch Toyo M/T tires at 40 PSI front and 35 PSI rear.

Larger wheel diameters may result in a firmer ride due to reduced tire sidewall.
