As well as being a functional & skinny fender, our weld-on fender flares also act as a rub rail for the whole area surrounding the rear fender well which adds yet another layer of body protection.

We build each set of fender flares using high grade 3/16″ steel. After being precision laser cut, each fender flare undergoes a multi-step CNC press brake operation to bring the part to life with flowing curves. Believe it or not, each fender flare starts life a single flat part. It’s our in-house craftsmen that turns one single flat part into a curvy flowing part that perfectly scribes to the corner armor. The parts are then handed to our magicians – our welders & finishers. They put a lot of love into each fender flare to make them into a work of art.
