Carli XHD Leaf Spring Kit – 2017–2023 Ford F250/F350 – +2000 lbs – 1″ Lift

The Carli XHD Full Replacement Leaf Spring Kit is purpose-built for trucks running a constant 2,000 lb bed load, making it the ideal solution for pop-up campers such as the Four Wheel Campers Hawk and similar overland setups. Designed to properly support increased weight while maintaining ride quality and control, this progressive spring system delivers improved handling and suspension performance under load. These springs are not intended for unloaded use and require the constant weight to achieve proper ride height and function.

Developed through real-world testing, including use on The Fast Lane Truck’s “No Pavement Needed” build, the XHD spring pack fills the gap between standard HD and extreme-duty applications. With increased spring rate and higher center of gravity considerations, Carli requires pairing this kit with their Pintop (King 2.5″) shock package featuring custom tuning to ensure optimal ride quality, stability, and control.
