Carli Rear Progressive Leaf Spring Kit for Factory Air Assist
The Carli Rear Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is designed for 2019–2023 Ram 3500 4×4 trucks equipped with factory air assist. Built by Deaver Spring to Carli’s specifications, these full-length two-stage progressive leaf springs convert the rear suspension to a full progressive leaf spring design while improving unloaded ride quality and maintaining factory payload capacity.
This leaf pack alters the rear ride height and sensor position so the factory airbags are deflated at the new ride height, allowing the truck to ride on the progressive springs before the airbags engage. The result is increased up-travel, reduced air spring ramp, improved comfort, and added security if the factory air system fails while loaded.

Fits Ram 3500 4×4 trucks with factory air assist only.

Will not fit trucks without factory air assist.

The “ALT Trailer Height” button will not lower the rear 1 inch when unloaded.

The “ALT Trailer Height” button will function normally when the truck is loaded for towing or hauling, if desired.

Air tank relocation moves the tank to the spare tire area.

The spare tire cavity will not accept larger than a stock size spare.
