The Carli Suspension Front Leaf Spring Kit is engineered in collaboration with Deaver Leaf Springs to deliver a dramatically improved ride quality, increased suspension travel, and better overall performance for Super Duty trucks running Carli 4.5-inch and 5.5-inch systems. By replacing the factory multi-leaf setup with a fully progressive spring pack, this system provides a smoother, more controlled ride both on and off-road.

Designed to eliminate harshness caused by factory overload springs, this kit features a 9-leaf main pack and 3-leaf overload that progressively engages under load. The result is a compliant unloaded ride with excellent load-carrying capability when needed, making it ideal for daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use.
