Carli Leaf Spring Kit – 2011–2016 Ford F250/F350 4×4 – 3″ Lift – For 4.5″ System

The Carli Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is specifically designed to complement Carli 4.5″ and 5.5″ suspension systems, delivering a smoother, more controlled ride with improved suspension performance. Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, this full replacement spring pack reduces the harshness of the factory setup while increasing suspension travel and overall predictability. The result is a more comfortable ride both on and off-road, with enhanced articulation and control.

Engineered with a progressive multi-leaf design, this system provides a “light” 3/4-ton spring rate while still maintaining the ability to achieve full load capacity when paired with long travel airbags. Ideal for leveled and lifted Super Duty builds, this spring pack ensures optimal rear stance and performance across highway driving, towing, and off-road conditions.
