BD Diesel
BD valve bodies are carefully engineered and rigorously tested to deliver dependable performance in both towing and high-demand applications. One of the most common failure points in factory 68RFE valve bodies is excessive bore wear, which leads to pressure loss and drivability issues. BD addresses this problem with a precision steel-sleeved bore that greatly reduces wear and extends service life.
Each valve body is assembled with upgraded internal components designed to eliminate overdrive leakage while increasing maximum line pressure capacity. The result is improved shift quality, enhanced durability, and long-term reliability for demanding driving conditions.
